Cinegration now provides design, installation, and service solutions to all its customers. With years of experience designing, programming, and installing equipment, Cinegration ensures that each customer is provided with custom solutions tailored to that customer’s individual needs.
AJ Brunson

AJ began studying computer programming at 13 years old and has loved technology ever since. AJ was introduced to the home automation industry working for local integrators and started Cinegration in 2010. Integrating smart home technology is AJ’s passion, and the explosion of IoT only fueled his interest. AJ enjoys spending his free time with his wife and children.
Eric Fischer
Managing Partner | Director of Business Development
Eric has 18 years of experience in Home Automation. Eric began his career in Landscape Architecture and Planning, originally exploring Home Automation as a hobby. He loves new technology and joined AJ to build Cinegration in 2010. Eric’s greatest joy in his life is his wife and three kids. In his free time, Eric plays basketball, golf, and tennis and enjoys hiking and traveling.

Shelby Schwartz
Director of Business Operations
Shelby began her career as a Commercial Photographer and has always had an eye for design. After getting her MBA, Shelby joined the Cinegration team in 2018 to direct marketing and growth efforts. She has since expanded into HR and operations. Shelby loves spending time outside camping, hiking, and kayaking in the mountains.
Chris began his career in the Home Automation industry in 2003 and joined AJ as Cinegration’s first official employee in 2013. Chris is passionate about home automation and enjoys creating custom solutions. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, dirt-biking, and being outside.
Chris Voeglein

Brett worked in Health Care for over a decade, primarily in Sleep Apnea therapy before transitioning into consumer sales and customer service for CPAP/Oxygen therapy patients at Phillips. After supporting the Operations/Service Department at Cinegration, Brett was quickly promoted to Operations Manager. Brett is a huge movie buff and enjoys trips to the local theater with his son and taking walks with his pug.

Rebecca is from Louisiana and moved to Colorado in 2021 to join the Cinegration team. With a background in accounting and experience at a CPA firm, Rebecca is our resident expert on all things finance. When she’s not crunching the numbers, Rebecca enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, and playing with her three crazy dogs.

Ryan Williams
Director of Design and Sales
Ryan has been working in the home automation industry since 2014, but his passion for consumer technology began as a child. He started his career as a Design Assistant at a South Florida integration company and later became the Director of Design and Sales. After a year of living in an RV on a beach in Florida with his wife and two cats, Ryan picked up and made the move to Colorado to join the Cinegration team. Ryan enjoys hiking, photography, surfing, snowboarding, golf, and real-estate investing.
Evan Christensen
Design Consultant
Rooted in audio since childhood, Evan was exposed to live sound while working for his family business. He earned a certificate in Recording Engineering at the UCLA extension and received his BS in Management while working as a commercial facilities manager of Entertainment industry buildings and mixing stages. Evan entered the CEDIA channel in 2016 and relocated from California to Colorado in 2019, where he's focused on luxury integration projects. Off-duty, Evan and his family frequent parks, museums, and restaurants.

Shawn started his career in the custom automotive industry building custom race cars and shifted into home automation in 2006. He quickly became a Senior Lead Technician, working on award-winning projects featured by CEDIA and Electronic House’s Home of the Year. Shawn loves to snowboard and mountain bike and attempts to get up to the mountains as much as he can.
Doug is a Colorado native and began his career as an electrician before joining the Army. He was deployed twice to Iraq as an Infantryman, and upon his return, Doug began working in crisis management, supporting veterans in need. With 8 years of experience in the electrical field, Cinegration was a great fit when Doug chose to pivot his career and join the Cinegration team in August 2022. Doug is a published flyfishing photographer and enjoys spending time with his children outside of work.

Jeremiah is a Colorado native and started his career in electrical as an Apprentice Electrician. He had an interest in the smart home industry and joined the Cinegration team in 2023. In his free time, Jeremiah enjoys hunting elk, deer, and antelope and loves snowboarding and skateboarding.

Eduardo is from El Salvador and has lived in Colorado since 2020. As a musician and videographer, he was drawn to the Audio/Video industry in 2019 and has been loving it ever since. In his free time, Eduardo plays guitar in a band called Kabra and enjoys creating content for his YouTube channel.

Lewis has been interested in electronics since he could hold a remote. He grew up building his own speakers and dissecting equipment. Lewis joined the AV industry professionally in 2015 and loves getting to work with cutting edge technology. In his free time, Lewis enjoys fitness and building and restoring cars with his dad.
Dave’s interest in technology began in the Navy, working on electrical systems in fighter jets. Dave was introduced to the home automation industry while building homes. He then worked on a project building and installing automated portals for a laser tag manufacturing company and later worked with Eric on one of the first voice recognition solutions. Dave loves dogs, and enjoys spending his free time with his dogs, Quinn and Dan.

Jorge is from San Antonio, Texas and moved to Colorado in 2019. He spent eight years in the audio industry in Mexico and later shifted into residential electrical. After working with a subcontractor doing prewires, Jorge joined the Cinegration team as a technician. Outside of work, Jorge has a passion for cooking, making craft cocktails, and music.

Adam grew up in a small town in Poland and moved to Chicago in 1999 then Colorado in 2018. After 7 years in the Finance industry, Adam was ready for a career change and began looking at fast-growing fields like technology. Adam joined DriverCentral in 2019 as our Customer Support Associate and has been moving into software development since. Having worked with smart home technology products in his personal life, he was excited to be in an industry of constant change and innovation. Outside of work, Adam is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo blackbelt, current competitor, and instructor.

Brian began his career as an electrician in Los Angeles and moved into the AV industry a few years later. With 18 years of experience in the industry. Brian brings a high level of knowledge and expertise to Cinegration’s clients. He enjoys the challenge of keeping up with new technology and endless possibilities in in home automation. Brian spends his free time staying active with his wife and daughters.
Chris was raised in San Luis Obispo, CA, and moved to Colorado in 2023. He is a passionate software developer with 3+ years of experience. Chris' entry into the smart home sector was driven by a deep love for technology and a dedication to using it to enhance home life. His skill set is centered on creating seamless, user-friendly applications that improve everyday living. An avid mountain biker in his free time, Chris enjoys exploring trails and embracing outdoor adventures.
