Maybe you’re a tech junkie but need a little expert advice.
Maybe you just know you want to simplify your life.

Whatever the starting point, our job is to uncover your needs and desires. We will educate you on the latest technological trends, discuss budget, and explain the many ways that smart technology integration can improve your lifestyle.

Our design consultants talk with you about your expectations and build a system around those end goals. Not sure exactly what you want? Come by our showroom virtually or in person for some inspiration.

Consultation

There are no cookie cutters for smart home integration — every project is unique.

Just like an architect drafts plans for the structure of a home, we create a design for your home technology that outlines where everything goes, how it gets installed, and how it connects to the system as a whole. A simple scope of work defines all aspects of the project's functionality for each room or area, including a unified collection of products that meets the needs of your project.

Real costs are given to you in a complete proposal for your review and feedback.

System Design

Installation

When the system design is approved, we begin installation.

Installation has 3 phases:

  • prewire — wiring and infrastructure that supports the system is placed in the home during construction.

  • equipment installation — equipment is installed once construction is complete, often weeks or even months after prewire, depending on the overall construction schedule.

  • customization — this is where the fun begins. At this phase, a lead technician customizes the system to meet your needs.

You’ll see a remarkable transformation from a system that “just works” into one that was built just for you. After a brief tour of the system, you’ll be able to easily access your entire smart home from a single app.

Think of your new smart home system like you would your laptop or smartphone – just like any other technology, your smart home will need software and firmware updates and occasional service to ensure it is operating properly and to keep it up-to-date.

After the 90-day warranty, you can schedule a service call for any system concerns, required updates, issues, etc.
