1. Discovery consultation:

The project always begins with a discovery consultation, where our client's needs and desires are uncovered. During this time, the client is educated on the latest technological trends, possible budget constraints are discussed, and we explain the many ways that smart technology integration can improve the client's lifestyle and be customized to meet a client's specific needs.

2. System Design and engineering:

Once our team understands the client's goals and interests, a detailed report is developed in accordance with the plans. The system design and engineering team defines all aspects of the project's functionality for each room or area. An extensive set of project drawings are created that graphically show where all hardware and pre-wire drops will be located, and all hardware is defined in detail.

3. project proposal:

After the system is designed and the project documents and drawings are prepared, the design and engineering team curates a unified collection of products that not only meet the client's needs, but also ensure reliability and ease of use. A formal proposal is drafted and presented to the client to obtain approval of the project scope, schedule, and cost.

4. installation:

When the client has approved the project, we begin the installation phase. Installation occurs in two steps: prewiring (wiring and infrastructure that supports the system is placed in the home) and hardware installation (the technology specified in the project proposal is added to the home and connected to the central control system). Prewiring occurs during home construction and hardware installation begins once construction is complete. The length of time required for this phase is dependent upon the construction schedule. We purchase all system equipment and assemble as appropriate in our office or at the job site. Once system installation is complete, all engineering documentation is updated to an as-built state.

5. training and customization:

Once the system is installed, our expert service technicians demonstrate how to use the many features of the system to ensure our clients feel comfortable using the new technology. Once our customers have the opportunity to become familiar with their system, we can customize any aspect of the techology to meet the client's unique and individual needs.

6. Service and Support:

We strive to make every client a client for life. By offering ongoing support and remote monitoring, we ensure that the investment our clients have made is well protected and can be serviced for life with accuracy and diligence. We honor all manufacturer warranties plus a 12 month workmanship warranty. We also offer extended service warranties for the entire system purchased and installed by Cinegration. With hands-on maintenance and support, our clients have a stress-free lifestyle supported by their smart home's technology and experts that make sure the technology continues to run smothly. Our job is only complete when the client is 100% satisfied with the finished product.
